After your first weeks of training, you will work on real client challenges. You might help improve data management, design information models, or support digital transformation projects. Our clients work across energy, infrastructure, water, construction, shipbuilding, and aerospace. And don’t worry, you won’t be left to figure things out alone. Your colleagues will help you get up to speed and take on more responsibility.

Your work location depends on your role and the work at hand on your project(s). That may be at a client location, at the Semmtech office, or at home. You get a lot of freedom and room to organize your own work, while taking into account what your client and team need.

Yes. Semmtech has four growth paths, but there’s no fixed sequence you have to follow. You can move between them as your interests, strengths, and ambitions develop. People at Semmtech regularly shape their roles as they grow.

Inside Semmtech, we mostly work in English. For junior consultancy roles, Dutch is important because most clients are Dutch-speaking. For specialists who bring specific experience, Dutch may be less important. Always check the vacancy for the exact language requirements.
